A New Milestone in the Company History

In June 2016, InfoStroy transitioned to using the technical support portal as its primary tool for interacting with GAMA users.
The technical support portal allows users to submit inquiries regarding emerging issues, receive advice on resolving problems, make suggestions for GAMA development, and track the status of such requests.
The company CEO, Alexey Miroshnikov, emphasizes: «We have always considered customer service to be no less important an element of a quality software product than its technical capabilities. And the more GAMA develops and the more extensive its functionality becomes, the more important user support becomes.»
InfoStroy has been using the portal for 10 years! During this time, we have responded to over 6,000 customer inquiries. We are especially proud that the average rating our users gave for the quality of the consultation they received was 4.98 out of 5!
